At Omanu Surf Shack, we’re all about bringing people together.

Located within the Omanu Surf Lifesaving Club, our family-friendly cafe is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a coffee, smoothie, toastie, ice cream, or Acai bowl—all while your feet are in the sand.

We’ve created a space where family and friends can unwind, catch up, and enjoy the beach together.

What makes us special? Every purchase donates back to the Surf Club, and members get extra benefits!

Omanu Surf Lifesaving Club & Omanu Surf Shack: A Shared Vision for Community & Safety

Omanu Surf Lifesaving Club and Omanu Surf Shack have come together with a common goal: to create a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable space for everyone to gather and enjoy our beautiful stretch of beach. At the heart of this collaboration is the shared commitment to bringing the community together while supporting beach safety and education.

With every purchase at the Shack, a portion of the proceeds goes back into the Surf Club, helping to fund patrols and vital youth education programs that keep our beach safe for all. Plus, if you're a member or want to become one, you'll enjoy additional benefits with each visit.
